    An MSc in Organic Chemistry and Diploma in Higher Education and Diploma in French. As a junior college teacher, he taught theory and practical in chemistry, to students in 11th and 12th standard at Patkar College from July 1980 to May 2012. After his retirement in May 2012, he started providing guidance to people on several issues. It includes, career guidance, Cooperative Housing Societies’ legal paper works, Right to Information (RTI), Lokayukta, Ombudsman complaints, Marriage Registration, Complaints to Telephone, Electricity and Transport services, Lokshahi Din Complaints to District Collector and Chief Minister, etc. Mr Shanbhag knows six languages – Marathi, Hindi, Konkani, Kannada, English and French.

His clients have included several corporate companies as well as public sector corporations and institutions eg. the Reserve Bank of India and the Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport Undertaking. He also works actively for social causes like the rights of disabled persons, beach safety (Goa Action Plan), the setting up of distinct hawking and non-hawking zones in Mumbai, Spastics Society of India, etc. Mr Mistry was a member of the Legal Committee of the Goa Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the sub-committee of the Planning Commission which is reviewing the legislation for disabled persons in India. He has had vast experience in dealing with the media and entertainment industry and has been a consultant to several corporate agencies as well as high profile individual celebrity clients . He was invited to assist the Goa Law Commission for setting up the first institutional International Arbitration Centre in Goa.     Shailesh Gandhi is a graduate in Civil Engineering from IIT Bombay. He was a first generation entrepreneur in plastic packaging and was CMD of Clear Plastics Ltd. At the end of the 90′s Shailesh began to devote a considerable amount of time to civil society issues. He was active in the IIT Aluumni Association and campaigned passionately to bring to book those responsible for killing whistleblower and IIT-ian Satyendra Dubey. After the RTI Act became law, he decided to focus on using RTI for public good. He evangelised the use of RTI and tirelessly conducted RTI workshops. He was conferred the Nani Palkhivala Memorial Award for civil liberties in 2008. In 2008, he became the Central Information Commissioner for Right to Information Act.     Samir Zaveri is an extraordinary activist. He lost both is legs at the age of 16, when a local train hit him near Borivali and would have almost died, if someone wouldn’t have helped him at that time. Since then, he has dedicated his life to help anyone who runs into trouble with the Indian Railways and helping every rail commuter, especially accident victims and improving the Railway system has become his mission in life. He is one of the most tireless activists working at almost
    every issue related with the railways—from medical care for accident victims, to compensation, to security of rail commuters. Mr Zaveri got the Railways to install medical facilities at Dadar station through an order from the Bombay
    High Court. He likes to mention that he is a “dasvi pass in Gujarati medium.” Samir has witnessed the callousness of the Railways, Railway Protection Force (RPF) and even state-managed Government Railway Police (GRP) on several occasions. He even faced the wrath of the Railways and Police for his tireless, never giving up spirit and humble attitude. Mr Zaveri, a self-taught expert, with a strong support network of well-wishers, has used the Right to Information or RTI Act very effectively to obtain some incredible information that benefited railway commuters.
